Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
How to Start a Return
- Click here to log in to your customer account using the same email from your purchase.
- Select Request Return to start the process.
- You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. This can take up to 24 hours.
- You must ship the item back within 5 business days of your return being accepted. Returns shipped later than this will not be accepted, and the items will be sent back to you at your expense. This is to prevent excessive wear before returning.
- Example: A package is received by a customer on May 1st. A return is requested and a return shipping label is sent to the buyer on May 5th, but the customer doesn't mail the package back to us until May 30th. This return would not be accepted because even though the customer requested a return within the 15-day time frame, they did not mail it back until 30 days after received.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.* These amounts will be deducted from your refundable total. Items returned without a request will not be accepted.
*We are a small business! Restocking fee covers initial expenses paid by us including shipping, shipping materials and custom choice sizing. Restocking fee may be waived depending on reason and according to our discretion.*
After We Receive Your Return
- We’ll inspect your item(s) and notify you if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
